Developing tall fescue-clover mixtures and using native warm-season grasses are critical components for successful pasture-based livestock systems in the tall fescue belt. 

Two upcoming webinars will provide information on WHY and HOW to:

Webinar #1: Introducing clovers into existing tall fescue pastures, October 21, 2026, noon to 1 pm. Free registration.Webinar #2: Establishing native warm-season grasses to complement tall fescue, November 18, 2026. Free registration.

The last portion of the webinar will focus on how to access financial support for on-farm implementation of these two practices with implementation targets expected to start late-January 2027.
