This conference will provide opportunities for dairy producers to learn more about on-farm processing and other value added components for dairy operations. Over the 1 and 1/2 days, attendees will hear from several farmers who have experience with various different value-added opportunities. Participants will learn about state, regional, and national programs designed to help them be successful in their operations. Participants will also have the chance to interact with vendors, suppliers, and dealers related to on-farm processing and agritourism.

Participants may sign up for one of six breakout sessions focused on business planning, facility design, regulations, and food safety, as well as other topics related to on-farm dairy processing.
